Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel with excellent rooms. Everything was sparkling clean, the personnel was very gentle and the location was very convenient. The gym is very small and only minimally equipped.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. I got in a family situation that required me to cancel my 訂房網站. This hotel refused to refund my money and instead charged for the full 訂房網站. I will be making future 訂房網站s to France, but will make sure to stay somewhere else. Maybe I'm just used to being treated so well by Bonboy, but I probably won't even book a hotel through 訂房網站.com again.
